ABC 206 Case Erector/Packer/Sealer

Machine was build to pack bundled aerosol cans.  Cans infeed horizontally into the infeed.  Erector erects the boxes and lays down into chain lugs horizontally.  Cans are lowered down to the box level and loaded horizontally with a load ram.  Box will cycle and folding arms fold the box flaps.  Box cycles to taping area where 2 Dekka tapeheads will tape both the top and bottom of the packed box simultaneously and eject the finished product.  Machine has a "fast" and "slow" modes depending on accumulation of product.

-Can Size Range: 38mm-53mm Diameter x 7.69mm-7.81mm H

-Carton Size Range: 2″-18″ F x 0.5″-9.5″ T x 5″-12″ H

-Pneumatic Requirements: .48 scfm per cycle at 80 psi

-Electrical Requirements: 460V, 3P, 60Hz
